TL;DR
Head of Engineering (Web3): Architecting and leading the development of tokenized issuance, trading, and settlement platforms with an accent on distributed ledger technology (DLT) and traditional market infrastructure integration. Focus on designing secure cross-chain topologies, implementing on-chain compliance models, and establishing AI-augmented software delivery processes.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end architecture for digital asset solutions combining DLT with traditional market infrastructure (trading, clearing, settlement).
- Design cross-chain topology using permissioned chains (Hyperledger Besu, Canton) and public chains (Ethereum/L2).
- Define on-chain compliance models, including regulated security-token standards (ERC-3643/T-REX) and AML screening.
- Architect custody and key management solutions using MPC (Fireblocks, Taurus).
- Establish engineering standards for code, review, and secure-by-design delivery.
- Lead the evolution of the engineering team and make strategic build/buy/partner decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in solution architecture, including 3+ years in DLT or blockchain projects.
- Deep expertise in DLT architecture, EVM, and permissioned chains.
- Proven skills in secure-architecture and threat-modelling for 24/7 high-value financial systems.
- Working knowledge of capital-markets settlement (DvP, CSD, CCP/clearing).
- Experience defining and leading AI-augmented software-delivery processes (coding assistants, AI-generated tests).
- Must be based in Paris, France.
