Senior Product Manager (Trading)

What you will do

• Own the commercial performance of trading products to drive growth in activity, engagement, and revenue.
• Define and manage product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and KPIs aligned with regulatory and commercial objectives.
• Lead cross-functional agile teams to deliver roadmap initiatives and measurable outcomes at pace.
• Optimize trading journeys and platform capabilities to improve client experience and execution.
• Ensure products meet Consumer Duty, Product Governance, and other regulatory requirements.
• Manage operational, conduct, and trading risks through governance and decision-making forums.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Product or Proposition Management within Trading, Brokerage, or Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of trading journeys, brokerage products, and market structure.
• Solid knowledge of the UK regulatory environment, including Consumer Duty.
• Proven ability to define product strategies and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working within cross-functional agile teams.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with retail investment platforms or high-volume trading environments.
• Knowledge of MiFID II, best execution, and trading venue governance.
• Understanding of execution models, broker relationships, or RSP networks.
• Experience with pricing strategy and P&L-driven decision making.
