What you will do

• Proactively identify and pursue partnership opportunities in ancillary travel verticals, including insurance, eSIM, and port experiences.
• Lead the full business development cycle from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
• Develop competitive pricing models, revenue-share structures, and sustainable commercial terms.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and AdOps teams to ensure seamless partner activation onsite.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of prospective partners using Salesforce.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably within travel, media, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing net-new commercial partnerships.
• Must be based in the US (Florida or Remote).
• Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making in day-to-day work.
• Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
