TL;DR

GTM Manager (AI): Leading and scaling the business development function to drive pipeline generation with an accent on coaching a high-performing team and refining prospecting strategies. Focus on partnering with Sales and Marketing to optimize conversion funnels and building repeatable outbound and inbound motions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Coach and mentor GTM/BD team members through weekly 1:1s to improve performance and prospecting abilities.
  • Develop and refine strategies for identifying, contacting, and creating qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, and Marketing to improve qualification processes and messaging.
  • Plan for hiring and onboarding new team members to scale the function.
  • Present accurate performance reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
  • Oversee GTM/BD compensation programs and policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a BDR management role with a hands-on player-coach approach.
  • Proven track record of achieving lead generation quotas in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting techniques and sales tools like CRM, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executive management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
