What you will do

  • Provide proactive HR support for field operations to enhance team member experience.
  • Identify and implement strategies to drive employee retention, productivity, and engagement.
  • Play an integral role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
  • Partner with Total Rewards to analyze compensation market and internal data to ensure competitiveness.
  • Manage employee relations, conduct internal investigations, and consult on performance management and promotions.
  • Assist with employment policy development and ensure compliance during state and local agency audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong background in employee relations, labor and employment policy, and performance management consulting.
  • Solid technical skills, specifically proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Must be based in or be able to work in Dallas, TX to accommodate the hybrid work schedule.
