Location: Hybrid role based in Burlington, MA, USA

Salary: $118,000 - $125,000

What you will do

  • Build strong relationships with regional leaders and managers to identify people-related needs and recommend practical solutions.
  • Coach leaders on team effectiveness, performance management, and accountability.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on employment-related matters.
  • Lead organizational integration and change management during mergers and acquisitions.
  • Mentor HR team members and provide guidance on regional transactional matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Regional HRBP supporting multiple locations or jurisdictions.
  • Strong experience managing complex employee relations and performance matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at multiple levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
