What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor to operations leadership across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals including Supervisors and Generalists.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational performance initiatives.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide guidance on complex employee relations matters.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to manage recruitment and temp-to-perm staffing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a multi-site, multi-shift manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations (FLSA, ERISA, ACA).
• Advanced proficiency with UKG HRIS and workforce management tools.
• Strong analytical skills using data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support multiple facilities.
