What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Lewisville Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on people-related matters.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Lead employee relations efforts, conduct investigations, and mediate conflicts.
• Implement HR programs such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and contribute to site-specific HR strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an onsite operational environment like a warehouse or fulfillment center.
• Proven expertise in employee relations, labor law compliance, and HR best practices for non-exempt workforces.
• Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership.
• Experience managing HR functions independently for a specific site or business unit.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A compliance-first attitude.
