Salary: $96,900–$141,600 annually

What you will do

• Coach, train, and mentor cross-functional business groups in Agile values, Scrum, SAFe, and related practices.
• Support teams with sprint planning, user story mapping, estimation, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
• Identify and resolve systemic impediments while promoting continuous improvement and greater Agile maturity.
• Act as product owner for Lending’s ways of working, delivery visualization, reporting, and supporting tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to align Agile delivery metrics and visual management with strategic goals.
• Use delivery data and Agile metrics to improve transparency, flow, predictability, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Agile coaching or delivery roles.
• Experience with Agile environments, enterprise-scale transformation, Scrum, SAFe, XP, or similar methodologies.
• Experience coaching teams and leaders, influencing behavior change, and establishing sustainable cultural change.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Boards, Azure DevOps, reporting, queries, dashboards, and delivery insights.
• Experience using Power BI, Excel, dashboards, scorecards, or similar tools for Agile delivery and performance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience; Agile framework certifications and SPC certification are required.
