Receiving Coordinator

What you will do

• Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and inspect for damages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement and quality control teams to resolve non-conformances.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the Infor ERP system.
• Communicate with vendors and carriers regarding delivery schedules.
• Prepare receiving reports and assist with inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Support warehouse organization and safety practices following 5S and lean principles.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shrewsbury, MA
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, shiphirify.globalng/receiving, or inventory control
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities
• Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship provided)
