What you will do

• Define and own the product vision, ensuring alignment between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Lead discovery and delivery by maintaining a clear, prioritized roadmap focused on outcomes over outputs.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders to navigate trade-offs and strategic decisions.
• Champion the use of AI tooling across the SDLC to accelerate research, requirements, and delivery cycles.
• Identify commercial opportunities within accounts and support business growth through delivery credibility.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the evolution of the internal product practice.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a digital consultancy or agency environment.
• Proven ability to lead product delivery on complex client engagements.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively from delivery teams to C-suite.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate the SDLC and product work.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to adapt frameworks to engagement needs.
• Solid commercial awareness regarding SOW management, budget health, and revenue outcomes.
