What you will do

• Define the comprehensive vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lightpath precision health solution.
• Partner with the enterprise Sales team to drive B2B market adoption, close high-value deals, and meet commercial goals.
• Lead executive alignment and represent the product to clinical partners, payers, and health systems.
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, data science, clinical, and UX teams.
• Ensure platform capabilities translate into measurable member engagement and clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive product management experience, including 0-to-1 initiative leadership.
• Proven track record of managing commercial business metrics and product outcomes in B2B enterprise settings.
• Experience driving alignment across complex, highly regulated technical teams.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (immigration support available).

• Direct experience building B2B enterprise healthcare or clinical care solutions.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-driven products like LLMs or agentic workflows in regulated settings.
