TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Managing a portfolio of high-growth B2B SaaS clients to optimize their contract-to-cash lifecycle with an accent on AR workflows, financial system integrations, and data-driven account strategy. Focus on driving NRR/GRR, leading executive business reviews, and acting as a key liaison between finance stakeholders and internal product teams.

Location: Must be based in New York City, NY (On-site 5 days a week)

Salary: $120,000 – $165,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of customers as the primary point of contact for adoption, escalations, and renewals.
  • Drive customer success outcomes including reduced DSO, increased automation adoption, and measurable ROI.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and enablement to finance and AR teams.
  • Proactively identify and resolve product, process, and data issues in coordination with Support and Engineering.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and feature requests to influence product development.
  • Use SQL and BI tools to monitor account health and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Track record of owning a book of business and driving measurable outcomes like NRR and GRR.
  • Experience leading executive business reviews and renewal conversations with finance stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of accounts receivable, B2B invoicing, and collections workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems (QuickBooks, NetSuite, ERP) and CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using SQL and BI tools to measure account impact.
