What you will do
- Advise customers on best practices for using hirify.global, leveraging technical accounting and data analysis background.
- Apply GAAP knowledge to provide guidance on ambiguous accounting problems for innovative customers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex accounting-related data issues using large datasets.
- Design and deliver data solutions during customer implementations in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
- Drive customer success and support go-to-market strategies, influencing product development.
Requirements
- Strong background in technical accounting or supporting accounting/finance systems, with expertise in financial statements and revenue accounting.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving value for customers.
- Expert proficiency with SQL, databases, and APIs.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a dynamic, high-growth startup environment.
- English: B2 required.
