Technical Account Manager, Accounting Solutions (AI)

Location: Ideally based in the Bay Area; remote applicants will be considered.

What you will do

• Advise customers on best practices for using hirify.global and integration partners such as Stripe and NetSuite.
• Apply technical accounting expertise and GAAP knowledge to ambiguous revenue accounting problems.
• Diagnose and resolve accounting-related data issues across large datasets.
• Design and deliver data solutions during technical implementations in collaboration with Customer Success.
• Support customer success strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and product development.

Requirements

• Background in technical accounting or in supporting accounting and finance systems.
• Expertise in income statements, balance sheets, revenue accounting, SQL, databases, and APIs.
• Ability to work directly with customers, solve complex problems, and drive measurable value.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about new technology, including AI, and willingness to contribute across a high-growth startup.
