TL;DR
Sr Manager, Sales Acceleration (SaaS): Building and managing the GTM Launch Team to drive early sales and secure cornerstone customers for new product initiatives with an accent on creating scalable sales models and GTM playbooks. Focus on validating product-market fit, driving early ARR, and establishing a feedback loop between customers and product management.
Location: Remote (Must be based in the UK). Note: All GTM roles require in-person onboarding in Toronto.
Salary: £113,000 – £164,000 GBP (base) + commission

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Success Managers.
- Personally drive the sales cycle to secure the first paying customers for new products.
- Author the GTM playbook, including messaging, competitive positioning, and scalable sales models.
- Validate product-market fit and refine the ideal customer profile (ICP) and value proposition.
- Establish a robust feedback engine to channel market insights back to Product Management and executive leadership.
- Collaborate as the primary GTM stakeholder with Product, Marketing, and Corporate Development teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS in sales, sales strategy, product marketing, or business development.
- Proven experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a player-coach capacity.
- Deep understanding of the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and taking products to market.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to communicate results.
- Ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors to C-level executives.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
