What you will do
- Drive sales growth and acquire new accounts within UK public sector verticals including local government, NHS, and higher education.
- Navigate and leverage government procurement frameworks such as G-Cloud and Crown Commercial Service (CCS) agreements.
- Establish and nurture relationships with public sector-focused resellers, system integrators, and consultancies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from qualification and proof of value to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and execute business plans and marketing activities to surpass booking quotas.
- Collaborate with distributed sales, support, and success teams to ensure long-term customer retention.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in cybersecurity or SaaS technology.
- At least 2 years of experience selling directly into UK public sector accounts.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and introducing disruptive solutions to risk-averse buyers.
- Deep knowledge of UK government cybersecurity standards (Cyber Essentials, NCSC guidance) and PSN standards.
- Established network of decision-makers across UK public sector verticals.
- Must be based in the UK due to travel requirements (50-60% of the time).

- Proficiency with sales enablement tools like Gong.io, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo.
