TL;DR

Founding Sales Leader (SaaS): Building the initial sales pipeline and GTM strategy for a renewal enhancement platform with an accent on consultative enterprise selling and outbound prospecting. Location: Must be based in the United States or North America

Salary: Base $85,000 – $100,000 Annually (OTE 1.5x base)

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting, network activation, and targeted account development.
  • Run end-to-end sales cycles from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Educate buyers on the shift from workflow automation to work automation and the value of AI in renewal operations.
  • Collaborate directly with the founding team to refine the ICP, messaging, pricing, and GTM strategy.
  • Translate customer and market feedback into sharper product positioning and GTM decisions.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS, revenue technology, or complex technology sales.
  • Proven track record of closing consultative enterprise deals in the $50K–$250K ACV range.
  • Ability to source and close pipeline independently without relying on BDRs or inbound marketing.
  • Deep understanding of recurring-revenue metrics (NRR, GRR, ARR) and Salesforce CRM.
  • Must be based in the United States or North America.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Customer Success platforms, revenue intelligence, or subscription billing tools.
  • Proven experience selling directly to CCOs, CROs, and RevOps leaders.
  • Prior experience at a Series A or B startup building GTM motions from scratch.
