What you will do

  • Architect an AI-native Revenue Engine spanning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Own and unify the GTM tech stack, including HubSpot and data platforms like Snowflake/Databricks.
  • Establish the commercial backbone: compensation design, territory planning, quota setting, and forecasting.
  • Lead AI adoption within GTM through agentic workflows and intelligent automation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Finance, and Engineering leadership.
  • Recruit and develop a high-caliber RevOps function from scratch.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of scaling Revenue Operations within high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Experience building and leading RevOps or Business Systems teams.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and the broader GTM tooling landscape.
  • Strong systems thinking ability to translate strategy into execution.
  • Analytical, data-first approach to decision making.
  • Polished executive presence for influencing senior stakeholders.
