What you will do

  • Partner with Sales teams to lead the technical evaluation and adoption of hirify.global solutions for prospects.
  • Conduct discovery, deliver product demos, and manage Proofs of Concept (POCs) and RFP responses.
  • Develop custom search applications leveraging the hirify.global ecosystem, tools, and frameworks.
  • Translate customer feedback and technical needs into actionable insights for Product and Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition and successful onboarding.

Requirements

  • Fluent German language skills are required.
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (SE, SA, Consultant) within the SaaS industry.
  • Software development proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or backend languages (Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift).
  • Experience with data formats and complex data transformation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple enterprise accounts.
  • Must be based in London, England.

Nice to have

  • Background in the search industry or e-commerce.
  • Experience with Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or commercetools.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI systems, Analytics, or SEO.
