TL;DR
Director of Revenue Enablement (AI): Building and managing the revenue enablement function to empower sales teams with an accent on CoM and MEDDPPICC frameworks. Focus on scaling AI-powered enablement tools, optimizing onboarding for AEs, BDRs, and SCs, and reducing the overall sales cycle.
Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $175,000 – $230,000 base + 20% target annual bonus

What you will do
- Build, lead, and develop a team of revenue enablement professionals, providing coaching and growth.
- Own the development and rollout of onboarding and ongoing training for AEs, BDRs, SCs, and AMs.
- Embed and certify the revenue organization on Command of the Message (CoM) and MEDDPPICC frameworks.
- Drive the adoption and evolution of AI-powered enablement tools, including Claude Code Deal Advisor and LetterAI.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, ops, marketing, and product to maintain current messaging and GTM curriculum.
- Manage the revenue enablement hub and content library to improve conversion and close rates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full sales cycle or sales enablement experience in a high-growth startup.
- Proven experience building and managing a team within a revenue or enablement function.
- Direct experience training and certifying teams on MEDDPPICC or Command of the Message.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Comfortable driving adoption of AI-enabled sales tools (e.g., Claude, Gong).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
