TL;DR
Director of Sales (Staffing): Owning the outbound revenue engine from strategy through execution with an accent on enterprise sales, team leadership, and operational excellence. Location: Must be based in the United States. Role requires core hours of 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
Compensation: $180,000–$300,000 OTE.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for inbound and outbound opportunities to convert executive-level prospects into long-term clients.
- Design, launch, and optimize outbound sales campaigns and messaging strategies in collaboration with Marketing.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing SDR organization through playbooks and coaching frameworks.
- Build repeatable sales systems and improve CRM hygiene to ensure predictable revenue growth.
- Coordinate outbound activities with founder-led networking to prevent duplicate outreach.
- Partner with leadership to scale revenue initiatives and organizational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, SaaS, or professional services.
- Proven track record of closing six-figure or strategic B2B accounts.
- Demonstrated experience building outbound sales systems from strategy through execution.
- Experience hiring, coaching, or leading SDRs or Account Executives.
- Must be based in the United States and available during 9 AM – 5 PM EST.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to sell directly to founders and operational leaders.
