TL;DR

Director, Global Revenue Enablement (SaaS): Designing and leading the enablement function to enhance account team capabilities across the customer lifecycle with an accent on in-context delivery and ramp time optimization. Focus on building a design-led enablement system, shortening time-to-productivity for AEs/SAs, and integrating AI tooling for just-in-time guidance.

Location: United States (Remote-friendly)

Salary: $225,000 – $300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Build and lead the global enablement function from a near-blank slate, treating it as a design discipline rather than a training function.
  • Design joint motions for Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SAs) covering discovery, POC, and expansion.
  • Implement modern, in-context delivery systems in partnership with revenue systems engineering to provide just-in-time guidance.
  • Own end-to-end onboarding and ramp programs to shorten time-to-productivity for scaling sales teams.
  • Lead field activation for product launches, utilizing field signals to drive adoption and close capability gaps.
  • Partner with data teams to analyze call and deal signals to identify and resolve capability gaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in revenue or field enablement at a technical SaaS company, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of improving ramp time, technical win rates, and time-to-value.
  • Experience enabling technical products for engineering and data-focused audiences.
  • Fluency with modern enablement stacks (e.g., Gong) and AI tooling.
  • Proficiency in modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or Challenger.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models.
  • Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience.
