Global Head of Sales & Partner Enablement (AI): Architecting the global enablement engine to scale the go-to-market organization and partner ecosystem for Claude in the enterprise sector with an accent on onboarding, certification, and sales methodology. Focus on reducing time-to-productivity for sellers worldwide and leveraging AI to reinvent field learning and performance.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY (office attendance required at least 25% of the time)

Salary: $540,000 - $585,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Architect and execute a global enablement strategy for direct sales, partner ecosystems, and technical teams.
  • Design onboarding and certification programs to measurably reduce ramp time for new sellers worldwide.
  • Implement sales methodologies and coaching frameworks tailored for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Build partner enablement and co-selling readiness programs for cloud partners and GSIs.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate roadmaps into launch enablement and field-ready content.
  • Manage a high-performing global enablement team and integrate AI-powered learning tools using Claude.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales enablement, GTM readiness, or revenue productivity.
  • 7+ years in senior leadership positions driving global enablement strategy.
  • Proven track record of improving ramp time, win rates, and productivity at scale.
  • Deep experience enabling complex technical products for enterprise sales motions.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to represent AI/ML products to technical and business audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.

Nice to have

  • Experience enabling AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer-platform sales organizations.
  • Background scaling enablement during hypergrowth and international expansion.
  • Success implementing modern AI-powered learning or coaching platforms.
  • Experience designing enablement for both velocity/SMB and strategic enterprise motions.
