What you will do

• Track ticket status in Jira, manage blockers, and coordinate cross-functional launches by monitoring readiness across teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, distribute summaries, and draft weekly status updates for stakeholders.
• Maintain and structure documentation in Confluence, including process documents and decision logs.
• Conduct ad-hoc market and competitor research to synthesize input for product prioritization.
• Collect and structure feedback from team syncs and stakeholders to identify recurring themes for the product backlog.

Requirements

• Fluent English proficiency.
• Structured thinking and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks independently.
• Must be based in the CIS region.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
