What you will do

• Partner with engineering teams to optimize delivery, planning, and execution.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks, bottlenecks, and systemic issues.
• Facilitate planning sessions, delivery reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track and evolve delivery metrics to improve predictability.
• Optimize Jira workflows and operational processes for better transparency.
• Build and scale the Delivery Management function as the company grows.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Delivery, Project, Program, or Technical Project Management.
• Proven track record working with software engineering teams.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies, specifically Kanban.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Systems thinking and continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with DORA or Flow Metrics.
• Skills in delivery forecasting.
• Proficiency with BI tools, Miro, and Slack.
• Automation mindset including Jira Automation, AI, scripting, or no-code tools.
• Experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
