What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Regional Sales Directors and Strategic Account Executives focused on Enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute GTM strategies to acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing relationships to drive predictable ARR growth.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a diverse, inclusive, and effective enterprise sales organization.
  • Manage the overall enterprise sales process, monitoring pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and funnel management.
  • Maintain and deepen executive-level relationships with key strategic customers.
  • Partner with marketing, channel, alliances, product, and engineering to align on account plans and customer value delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience leading strategic enterprise sales teams, including managing other managers in complex field sales environments.
  • Proven success driving strong, predictable ARR growth through large and complex enterprise deals.
  • Deep experience selling into large enterprise accounts in core markets.
  • Track record of partnering with channel, marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Ability to manage forecasting and sales funnel metrics with high accuracy.
  • Must be based in Brazil.
