What you will do

  • Lead the Customer Service Engineering (CSE) team to support business growth and coordinate operational issues.
  • Manage communications between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare sales and service quotations and enter orders into SAP business systems.
  • Monitor sales/service orders, expedite parts, and generate weekly BW reports.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and liaise with internal departments to ensure delivery.
  • Provide support to product marketing and training functions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in the customer support field.
  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in ERP SAP and C4C system usage.
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated ability to work both independently and within a team.
