What you will do

  • Lead, motivate, and performance-manage an inside sales account management team of up to 5 employees.
  • Coach the team on sales strategies and mentor as a “player coach” to drive customer discovery.
  • Serve as the go-to person to provide information and remove obstacles for the team.
  • Drive Salesforce.com compliance to document activity and progress.
  • Handle account management: make 10–15 outbound calls per day, record conversations in CRM, and meet targeted customer meeting levels.
  • Manage existing accounts and develop new business in the assigned territory through technical discussions and solution exploration.

Requirements

  • On-site work in Klang, Selangor, Malaysia.
  • Experience leading or coaching inside sales/account management teams and meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems and documenting customer interactions.
  • Ability to conduct outbound calling and manage customer meetings (telephone meetings).
  • Capability to engage in technical discussions to determine customer requirements and expectations.
  • Ability to influence and align with external and internal decision makers and influencers.
