What you will do

• Manage customer inquiries and forecasted demand by maintaining accurate data in SAP.
• Create and update customer quotes based on requests from Sales officers.
• Support delivery and return merchandise authorization (RMA) processes, including status tracking.
• Initiate the order booking process and ensure smooth handover to the Advanced Business Services (ABS) team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Account Managers, HQ Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Contribute to operational projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4–7 years of experience in sales operations or related fields.
• Proficiency in using ERP and sales-related systems.
• Strong communication skills in both Korean and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
