TL;DR

What you will do

  • Run a weekly call-review cadence, scoring recordings against frameworks to identify coaching priorities.
  • Operate deal rooms for enterprise opportunities, joining calls to diagnose stalls and coach AEs on next steps.
  • Own the continuous learning calendar, conducting sessions on sales methodology, objection handling, and product updates.
  • Build and maintain the sales mechanics playbook, including discovery frameworks and mutual action plan templates.
  • Track AE performance trends and implement targeted coaching to prevent performance gaps.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of enterprise AE experience carrying a quota in complex, multi-stakeholder B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in frontline sales leadership, sales enablement, or coaching high-performing teams.
  • Deep fluency in MEDDPICC and the 3 Whys qualification frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and conversation intelligence tools like Gong.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills for training groups of 20–50 reps.

Nice to have

  • Background or degree in Mechanical Engineering, CAD systems, or PLM data architecture.
  • Experience with the tech stack including ZoomInfo, Rattle, or Outreach.
  • Experience incorporating AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude) into enablement workflows.
  • Familiarity with Sandler, Challenger, or Command of the Message frameworks.
