Salary: $90,000–$110,000 plus commission.

What you will do

• Conduct regular sales calls to current and prospective customers within the assigned territory.
• Grow sales of Phonak products by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships.
• Promote and demonstrate new hearing technology and solutions to clinical partners.
• Provide training on product fitting, fine-tuning, and software usage.
• Partner with Regional Directors and internal teams to support customer success and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer activity within Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of hearing instrument technology and industry practices.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be based in the Pittsburgh metro area, central PA, or northern WV.
• Reliable internet connectivity (200Mb/sec download/10Mb/sec upload) for remote/hybrid tasks.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or AuD.
• Previous experience assisting patients independently.
