TL;DR

VP, ISV + Partner Solutions (Fintech): Leading the strategy and execution across the ISV partner ecosystem and direct client integrations with an accent on CareCredit distribution and partner-led growth. Focus on building scalable operating models, sourcing high-impact partnerships, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to accelerate time-to-market.

Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL). Must be based near a hirify.global Hub and possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided).

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 Annual

hirify.global is a leading financial services corporation specializing in consumer financing and payment solutions.

What you will do

  • Define and drive the H&W technology partnerships strategy, including the roadmap for CareCredit distribution.
  • Build and scale a structured partner program with defined tiers, onboarding standards, and success metrics.
  • Lead a centralized partnerships team responsible for partner acquisition and relationship management.
  • Source, assess, and prioritize new integration opportunities to extend lending and payment offerings.
  • Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure seamless GTM execution.
  • Establish and report on KPIs including pipeline, activation volume, and partner health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development (or HS diploma and 13+ years experience).
  • Deep understanding of payments, embedded finance, and RCM concepts.
  • Proven track record of negotiating complex partnership agreements and driving partner-led growth.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to build business cases and size opportunities.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.

Nice to have

  • MBA or other advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of API, SSO, and data exchange integration models.
  • Experience scaling technology partner programs from the ground up.
