VP, ISV + Partner Solutions (Fintech): Leading the strategy and execution across the ISV partner ecosystem and direct client integrations with an accent on CareCredit distribution and partner-led growth. Location: Hybrid (Chicago, IL). Must be based near a Hub and possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship provided).
Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 Annual

What you will do
- Define and drive the H&W technology partnerships strategy, including the roadmap for CareCredit distribution.
- Build and scale a structured partner program with defined tiers, onboarding standards, and success metrics.
- Lead a centralized partnerships team responsible for partner acquisition and relationship management.
- Source, assess, and prioritize new integration opportunities to extend lending and payment offerings.
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure seamless GTM execution.
- Establish and report on KPIs including pipeline, activation volume, and partner health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or business development (or HS diploma and 13+ years experience).
- Deep understanding of payments, embedded finance, and RCM concepts.
- Proven track record of negotiating complex partnership agreements and driving partner-led growth.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to build business cases and size opportunities.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.

- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Knowledge of API, SSO, and data exchange integration models.
- Experience scaling technology partner programs from the ground up.
