Location: Remote-eligible or Hybrid (San Jose, CA or Draper, UT). Must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $172,600 – $253,800 USD

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end strategic relationships with a top-5 ERP platform and a top-3 U.S. commercial bank.
- Drive measurable revenue and volume growth by setting and tracking joint KPIs with internal and external counterparts.
- Influence the embedded product roadmap by translating partner needs into prioritized product arguments for Engineering and Product teams.
- Maintain executive-level relationships, operating credibly with VP and C-suite stakeholders on commercial and product topics.
- Coordinate cross-functionally across Product, Legal, and Finance to align on partnership strategy and resolve blockers.
- Represent partnership outcomes in board-level reporting and earnings-call relevant communications.
Requirements
- 8+ years in post-sales enterprise account management or strategic partnerships with a complex, high-stakes external relationship.
- Direct experience in a sell-through or embedded commercial model where success is based on driving adoption/volume.
- Proven track record of leading commercial negotiations and executive business reviews independently at the VP/C-suite level.
- Ability to influence product direction without direct authority through cross-functional alignment.
- Financial fluency, including comfort with financial models and partnership P&L implications.
- Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Background at companies like Stripe, Twilio, Adyen, Marqeta, or Plaid.
- Prior exposure to ERP ecosystems, banking technology platforms, or financial services APIs.
- Experience contributing to deal structures with visibility to CFO or board-level audiences.
