Location: Remote (USA); associated with the Chicago office

Salary: $174,560 – $190,000 base + approximately 50% sales incentive compensation

What you will do

  • Mentor a team of direct sellers overseeing a collective book of $45MM in Commercial Revenue.
  • Partner with sellers to source, qualify, structure, and close complex, high-value enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and deliver accurate health and monetization reports to executive leadership.
  • Oversee strategic third-party relationships, including trade associations and reseller/sales agent partners.
  • Represent the company as a thought leader at trade shows and serve on industry steering committees and advisory boards.
  • Synthesize "Voice of Customer" and "Voice of Sales" feedback to drive product innovation.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B direct sales teams, preferably in Fintech, financial services, or data analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale revenue portfolios ($30MM+) and meeting multi-million dollar growth quotas.
  • Experience navigating complex financial ecosystems and managing reseller/agent models.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the C-suite level and perform public speaking.

Nice to have

  • Deep familiarity with commercial data structures, credit risk solutions, or fraud/identity verification platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce and advanced pipeline analytics.
  • Experience building budgets and annual operating plans.
