What you will do

  • Increase revenue across all product lines by acquiring and maintaining relationships with banks and asset managers.
  • Deploy a consultative approach as a subject matter expert to help clients navigate their digital asset journey.
  • Build and manage a client pipeline and develop commercial strategies for targeted verticals.
  • Utilize an extensive industry network to generate leads and close high-value deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance analysis to leadership.
  • Collaborate with product managers to communicate customer pain points and feedback.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales or business development within banking or fintech.
  • Deep knowledge of banking risk management functions, specifically focusing on AML.
  • Proven track record of managing relationships and closing business in the banking sector.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies.
  • Must be based in or able to work from NYC, San Francisco, or Miami.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Spanish.
