TL;DR

Director, Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem (HR Tech): Scaling hirify.global's partner ecosystem across technology platforms and global systems integrators with an accent on joint value propositions and go-to-market motions. Focus on driving measurable revenue growth, embedding partners into the sales cycle, and establishing the standard for Decision Intelligence for Pay.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 base per year

What you will do

  • Build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem across technology platforms (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.) and global systems integrators.
  • Develop joint business plans with measurable objectives for pipeline growth, revenue, and market expansion.
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies and repeatable co-sell motions to improve enterprise win rates.
  • Create scalable partner enablement tools, messaging, and joint value propositions in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Operate cross-functionally to translate partner feedback into product opportunities and sales priorities.
  • Establish and track key metrics for partner health, sourced pipeline, and influenced revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within the HR Tech, HCM, or HRIS markets.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth by embedding partners into enterprise sales motions.
  • Experience building and growing enterprise technology or consulting partnerships from 0 to 1.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
