Salary: $180,000 – $210,000 base per year

What you will do
- Build and scale a strategic partner ecosystem across technology platforms (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.) and global systems integrators.
- Develop joint business plans with measurable objectives for pipeline growth, revenue, and market expansion.
- Drive joint go-to-market strategies and repeatable co-sell motions to improve enterprise win rates.
- Create scalable partner enablement tools, messaging, and joint value propositions in collaboration with Marketing.
- Operate cross-functionally to translate partner feedback into product opportunities and sales priorities.
- Establish and track key metrics for partner health, sourced pipeline, and influenced revenue.
Requirements
- Experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or business development within the HR Tech, HCM, or HRIS markets.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth by embedding partners into enterprise sales motions.
- Experience building and growing enterprise technology or consulting partnerships from 0 to 1.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
