What you will do

  • Identify and close high-leverage platform-distribution deals with category leaders across ecommerce, social selling, and productivity platforms.
  • Architect bespoke partnership structures, including embedded finance arrangements and deep API integrations.
  • Build the enterprise partnerships motion and playbook from scratch, owning strategy, targeting, and execution.
  • Develop and pressure-test business cases for partnerships, modeling deal economics and aligning stakeholders.
  • Manage the full deal lifecycle from initial executive outreach and negotiation to legal close and launch.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to design infrastructure for complex partner integrations.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales at a high-growth tech company.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of closing platform-scale distribution deals that unlock growth at scale.
  • Deep experience structuring embedded or API-driven commercial agreements.
  • Strong commercial and financial fluency to model complex incentive arrangements.
  • Technical credibility to hold substantive conversations about API and integration architecture.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, or embedded finance.
  • Experience with AI-native products.
  • An active, high-level professional network of C-suite relationships in the tech industry.
