Salary: $90,000 - $155,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Drive day-to-day operations of the Virgin Red credit program and associated technologies to meet growth and compliance objectives.
• Provide relationship management, project management, and technical expertise for partners under the Digital sales platform.
• Develop creative technology solutions to resolve client issues and support overarching business strategies.
• Lead technology development initiatives using Agile processes, including functional and user acceptance testing.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and critical issues to leadership, business, and technology stakeholders.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to handle production issues impacting partners and cardholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of technology experience (or High School Diploma and 8+ years).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading initiatives, including requirements gathering and delivery via Waterfall/SDLC or Agile frameworks.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; the company will not sponsor visas.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills for managing partner and leadership expectations.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, banking, or financial services industries.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with API integration design, testing support, and troubleshooting.
• Background in managing relationships with external clients.
