• Translate complex technical IT information into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive communications and content strategy.
• Create promotional materials, one-page slick sheets, and internal communications like newsletters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and executives to align messaging with project goals.
• Manage document versions and content using SharePoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large organization.
• Proven experience in communications strategy and execution.
• Expertise in process development and improvement.
• Must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC.

• Experience with SharePoint web page design and implementation.
