What you will do
- Own the full communications through-line for a major global client, managing all member-facing touchpoints including email, push, and in-app messaging.
- Lead communications strategy and planning, translating program objectives into a coherent, channel-spanning calendar.
- Partner with client leads as a senior advisor to surface priorities, share performance insights, and ensure brand alignment.
- Enforce internal alignment and process integrity to reduce review burdens and maintain clear visibility into project status.
- Deliver rigorous quality assurance across all assets before client review, ensuring brand and messaging consistency.
- Apply engagement analytics and generative AI tools to refine strategy, optimize content effectiveness, and drive performance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of communications experience in client-facing or account-embedded roles, ideally supporting Fortune 500/1000 technology companies.
- Proven track record of managing communications strategy across matrixed environments and multiple channels.
- Experience navigating complex enterprise brand governance and stakeholder approval processes.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Must be based in the United States to fulfill the requirements of this role.
- Hands-on experience applying generative AI tools to communications workflows and content development.
