Salary: $61,300 – $74,000 USD

What you will do

• Monitor and participate in online communities and social platforms to represent the brand.
• Manage and respond to reviews across platforms like G2, Trustpilot, and Google Reviews.
• Identify and escalate critical issues to Legal, Product, and Customer Success teams.
• Track sentiment trends and recurring themes to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting tone to specific community norms.
• Coordinate with platforms to flag policy violations or fraudulent content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in communications or community management.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to remain empathetic and professional.
• Experience with issue triage, escalation workflows, and stakeholder communication.
• Must be able to work from the Rogers, Arkansas office at least two days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of review platform policies and compliance requirements.
• Background in collaborating with Legal, PR, or Trust & Safety teams.
• Experience building engagement playbooks and response SLAs.
