TL;DR

What you will do

  • Create and edit high-quality internal content, including intranet articles, feature stories, and video scripts.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and utilize email marketing platforms (preferably Marketo) for landing pages and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and production companies to execute creative engagement campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on communication effectiveness metrics, such as open, click, and lead rates.
  • Support the execution of Town Halls, leadership updates, and annual offsite events.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and engaging corporate messaging across the organization.

Requirements

  • BA degree, preferably in Communications or Journalism.
  • 3-4 years of professional writing experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, MailChimp).
  • 2-3 years of experience posting news on SharePoint.
  • Strong proficiency in AP style and a high level of editing and proofing skill.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work within tight deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
