What you will do
- Create and edit high-quality internal content, including intranet articles, feature stories, and video scripts.
- Manage the editorial calendar and utilize email marketing platforms (preferably Marketo) for landing pages and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, illustrators, and production companies to execute creative engagement campaigns.
- Analyze and report on communication effectiveness metrics, such as open, click, and lead rates.
- Support the execution of Town Halls, leadership updates, and annual offsite events.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and engaging corporate messaging across the organization.
Requirements
- BA degree, preferably in Communications or Journalism.
- 3-4 years of professional writing experience.
- 2-3 years of experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, MailChimp).
- 2-3 years of experience posting news on SharePoint.
- Strong proficiency in AP style and a high level of editing and proofing skill.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and work within tight deadlines.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
