What you will do

• Draft and publish content for Slack, Notion, and FAQs tailored to company-wide and leadership audiences.
• Maintain and organize internal communication channels to ensure information accessibility and brand consistency.
• Produce visual content (photo/video) and on-brand assets using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
• Coordinate with US leadership to drive All-Hands, Town Halls, and Q&A sessions, including agenda and speaker prep.
• Track channel engagement and provide insights to the Internal Communications Manager.
• Proofread and edit all internal content for tone, clarity, and alignment with the company voice.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in internal communications, content, or marketing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Proficiency with Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
• Working knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) and basic photo/video editing.
• Must be based in New York City for on-site work.
