What you will do

• Identify and resolve external dependencies and impediments to ensure squads remain unblocked.
• Provide visibility into delivery status, risks, and issues using JIRA and Roadmunk to enable effective decision-making.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and practices as a Scrum Master to support delivery pragmatically.
• Partner with Product Owners and Tech Leads to improve planning discipline and backlog clarity.
• Utilize metrics and tooling to surface trends and actionable insights to improve execution flow.
• Foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement and shared ownership.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience working as a Technical Project Manager.
• Strong grounding in Scrum and Agile principles with the ability to apply them flexibly.
• Proven expertise in JIRA and other delivery tracking tools.
• Familiarity with GenAI, data, and compute infrastructure concepts.
• Experience operating across siloed organizations to build alignment for end-to-end delivery.

Nice to have

• Hands-on GenAI development experience.
