Scrum Master (Enterprise Agile)

TL;DR

Scrum Master (Enterprise Agile): Facilitating Scrum ceremonies and driving Agile execution within an enterprise delivery environment with an accent on team coaching and process optimization. Focus on removing delivery blockers, managing sprint metrics, and coordinating dependencies across multi-team environments.

Location: Hybrid in Charlotte, NC (3 days per week onsite)

Salary: $60 – $70 per hour (W2)

What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
• Drive consistency in Agile practices and coach teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown/burnup, and cycle time to improve predictability.
• Identify and remove impediments, manage risks, and resolve blockers across teams to maintain delivery alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog prioritization and refinement to align work with business value.
• Partner with engineering leads and architects to assess technical feasibility, manage technical debt, and address release risks.

Requirements

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master in enterprise Agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
• Solid understanding of technical delivery environments including system architecture and APIs.
• Proven ability to facilitate ceremonies and coordinate across teams and stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite).
• Employment eligibility: W2 Only.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Background in engineering, quality assurance, or software development.
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-team Agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data platforms, or DevOps ecosystems.
