What you will do
- Partner with Account Executives to analyze customer learning challenges and design tailored solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof of concepts (POCs) aligned with strategic objectives.
- Lead technical discussions regarding API integrations, security, data considerations, and system alignment.
- Develop solution designs, scoping documents, and provide content for RFP/RFI responses.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, acting as the voice of the customer to influence the product roadmap.
- Upskill the sales team on product knowledge and effective solution positioning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in presales, solutions consulting, or solution engineering, ideally within SaaS.
- Strong understanding of LMS/LXP platforms and broader enterprise learning technology.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations (HRIS, CRM).
- Candidate must be located in the United Kingdom.
