What you will do
- Partner with customers to align business objectives with actionable success plans that drive growth and efficiency.
- Design and evolve customer adoption strategies based on industry best practices and platform capabilities.
- Identify optimization opportunities and product usage gaps to advance platform maturity and effectiveness.
- Proactively monitor customer health indicators to identify risks and influence corrective actions to reduce churn.
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer insights into roadmap priorities.
- Lead enablement for end-users and administrators to support scalable, outcome-driven platform adoption.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in EdTech and product platforms, specifically coaching users toward outcome-driven adoption.
- Proven experience in designing and executing adoption strategies that align with long-term value.
- Strong facilitation and enablement skills to support change and stakeholder alignment.
- Ability to apply data and customer health analytics to proactively manage risk.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with sales and technical internal teams.
- Must be based in London, UK
