What you will do

• Act as a technical expert on the hirify.global platform for IT infrastructure management.
• Consult partners on product implementation and internal process improvement to create synergies.
• Solve multi-faceted technical problems based on specific prospect and partner use cases.
• Collaborate with the sales team to answer advanced technical questions and execute growth strategies.
• Provide partner-driven feedback to the Product Management team to influence the product roadmap.
• Conduct external training for partners and coach internal sales teams on the product suite.

Requirements

• Experience in technical sales of IT products.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in the UK; this position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience working for an MSP or an internal IT helpdesk.
• Previous experience with RMM and/or Backup software.
• Knowledge of APIs and Scripting.
• Additional language skills.
