Recruiter

Location: Hybrid role in Zeeland, Michigan; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without restrictions or expirations.

What you will do

• Support sourcing and recruitment strategies for engineering talent.
• Partner with hiring managers on technical recruiting and talent attraction.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple recruiting resources and advanced outbound techniques.
• Provide talent market insights and guidance on pipeline growth, attraction, and candidate engagement.
• Plan, coordinate, and support recruitment activities from sourcing through hiring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.
• No prior experience is required; new graduates are welcome.
• Professional, patient, and positive attitude.
• Team-based and creative approach to problem solving.
• Self-motivated with the ability to execute with excellence.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and sense of urgency in a continually changing environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without restrictions or expirations.

Nice to have

• Previous sales or recruiting internship experience.
