Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fintech)

We’re hiring a 𝗧𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 in international Fintech company - a role for a recruiter who wants to own commercial hiring across Asia and the Middle East end-to-end
You’ll be closing high-volume and targeted commercial roles (sales and support, partnerships and business development) at junior and mid level, fast and with real sourcing muscle.

What you’ll do:
🔹 Own the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding and probation tracking
🔹 Build and manage hiring funnels: stage conversion, time-to-hire, sourcing channels
🔹 Research labor markets (Europe, Asia, CIS), map talent pools and find new channels
🔹 Run screenings and interviews, assessing soft and hard skills against business needs
🔹 Keep regular reporting on funnel status and open positions

Our ideal candidate has:
🔹 1+ year in recruiting (international agency or commercial company experience is a strong plus)
🔹 Experience building and reading basic hiring funnels on your own
🔹 English C1+ for daily communication and interviews
🔹 Strong sourcing skills: talent maps, donor companies, non-standard channels
🔹 Hands-on experience closing roles in the CIS, Europe and Asia
